    10 WEEK PROGRAM
    BOOT CAMP

     

    PITCHING AND THROWING
    With arm injuries at an all-time high, players as young as 12 years old have experienced Tommy John surgery.   It is crucial for players to stay current on training methods, which will help minimize injuries.


    This elite program teaches proper arm care as well as up to date throwing motions to develop arm strength.  The camp will include intense agility work helping each player develop their athletic skills including balance, foot work, and complete body function in motion.  We will assess your strengths, identify your weakness, and you will discover what areas you need to focus on.  This will allow you the opportunity to develop a plan of actions transforming you into a stronger and more mental player.


    What You Need to Bring:

    • Attitude – You are willing to learn, listen, and try new things.
    • Work Ethic – You do your homework.
    • Commitment – You are resilient to temporary challenges.
    • Goals – You have a burning desire to play past your current goals.

     

    HITTING PROGRAM
    This program is designed to help baseball and softball players in several areas.  The benefit from the different training techniques we use will improve an individual’s hitting skills.  Players will be trained by some of the top hitting instructors in New England.


    Our hitting program will provide:
    • The most effective instruction.
    • Current models and technology.
    • Strength training.
    • Improved bat speed and exit speed like the pros.
    • A complete video analysis of each player.

     

    AGILITY TRAINING
    Not only are modern athletes larger and more muscular than their predecessors, but they also move with swiftness and power never seen before. Training for Speed, Agility, and Quickness is the goal to help become a better athlete.
